As a matter of public policy all government output must be true. No false accusations, no self- aggrandizement. Propaganda on the citizenry from government should be a punishable offense.
Start by prohibiting the Obama hot-lines into US newsrooms to get the president's propaganda out!
Not to worry; those lines will go away on 1/20/2017.
