The media last night built a further case for Trumps unfitness for office by commenting extensively on his having a private family dinner without them.
“The media didn’t care about 30,000 e-mails on an illegal server but they’re honked-off angry that Trump didn’t tell them he was going out for dinner”

Trump & Co. need to eat on a public sidewalk, henceforth...just so we can be sure.

Obama Breaks Protocol Leaving White House Without Press Corps

WASHINGTON — President Barack Obama quietly breached years of protocol on Saturday morning by leaving the White House without the press with him.
About two hours before reporters were supposed to be in position to leave with the president, Obama left the grounds of the White House. Members of the press were told he was attending one of his daughter’s soccer games in northwest Washington, D.C.
The White House press corps traditionally travels with the president anywhere he goes, inside and outside the country, to report on the president’s activities for the benefit of informing the public and for historical record.
After Obama left, a press aide hastily gathered members of the media who happened to be at the White House early or working on other matters. They rushed to a van and left the White House to catch up with the president.
Too late. By the time, the press van appeared to arrive at the president’s location, the press was told he was already departing. Time to go back to the White House.
Reporters and photographers didn’t have a chance to see him or his vehicle to verify his presence at any location.
Although nobody outside the White House or the press may have noticed, Obama broke years of tradition.

This is #1 story/top headline on Daily Mail UK. They were claiming his staff is in “disarray” because they are unable to coordinate with the media. But now they’ve changed the headline to read he “hood-winked” the reporters.
Yup, he ditched them for a private night with his loved ones. Geez. After 8 years of a president who LOVES photo ops they have no clue what to do with this guy. Love it!
The media is vainly attempting to be relevant. Trump doesn’t need them. He can get his message out without them.
I watched some of the ABC evening news last night and the first segment was nothing but negative reports on Trump...his transition was in a shambles...Gannon was racist and an anti-Semite...Ivanka hawked her jewelry line on 60 Minutes...his children are getting security clearances...everything two bit false story you can think of was treated like Gospel truth.
Next segment was a report on all the hate crimes Trump supporters are perpetrating. No proof of any of it, just innuendo.
Nothing about the disarray in the Rat party and the rioters.
I don’t usually watch news on any of the alphabet networks, but did so out of curiosity.
This type of barrage is going to continue ad nauseum.

The media is lucky he acknowledges them in any way considering how they treated him since June 2015. Are they frickin’ insane? Do they not GET it? They make demands and expect to be obeyed and respected?
They made their bed for the last 17 months so they can lie in it.
Just think, a meal alone with his family. What an abnormal political situation. Gee, sounds like they might be normal people with normal needs to not be in the public eye 24/7? I am so happy he has a place they all can meet without the media.
The media is rather like lice or fleas, I think, constantly irritating and difficult to be rid of.
