Realistically, Chelsea is going nowhere, no matter how hard the DNC tries. This was a strong rebuke of the Clintons and their highly corrupt machine. If they want to challenge Trump in 2020 and make gains, they need to drain their own swamp like the conservative side did and obliterate the Clinton/Soros machine. The DNC cannot expect to make any serious challenges for 2018 or 2020 the way they are now.

I believe Hillary should get indicted to the full extent of the law and justice should be served! However, with no power at all, the punishment would be a lot less now than if she was President (in which case November 6, 2018 would be doomsday for the Democrats).

A double-edged sword... I want Crooked Hillary in jail to send a message, but I really want Trump’s 100 day plan fully implemented even more without distractions.

An Obama pardon would be a gift, it would let Trump off the hook.

“Don’t indict her. PARDON her”

Ah...NO !! Let the investigation continue and go where it goes...and let the investigation of CGI continue and go where it goes...re-instate investigations if needed..if convictions are gained, extract as many dollars that they can find as restitution...chase the money down to the ends of the earth and every offshore havin that exists.

And then start with the maximum sentence, 40 years as an example, and deduct 1 year of jail time for every $30 million in restitution.

“John Brennan gone too”

Trump will sweep them all out, like any new administration.

In the first 100 days, indict, try, convict, sentence to be hanged Traitorhillary.

And that event should be declared a national holiday of celebration!

Need to send a message to other politicians who might be inclined to act as Hillary and Bill did.

Do this and you go to prison.

The Clintons became wealthy selling U.S. foreign policy. There's people in prison for much less.

At a bare minimum it the Email/Benghazi scandals needs to be completely investigated and all the results need to be exposed in plain sight. Prison? That might set a bad precedent.

The Foundation however is a completely different matter. They must be allowed to keep the cash. The foundation could lead to anything and everything. That was the core of the Email scandal anyway.

Indicting Hillary is not the most important thing on the agenda. Trump needs to

Why keep the Clintons in the public eye? They are masters at playing the game and it will just be a distraction for President Trump.

The best course of action is to threaten a wide ranging investigation and hope that Obama issues a bunch of pardons. That’s telling the public that the Clinton Crime Family is finished.

AGREE. On the national security issue - it is wrong that treatment for HRC is different than for any other American. We’ve read of careers toasted and incarceration because of things HRC has done.

As for the CGI. The pay for play is a crime that no rational person can excuse. This is NOT what we want from our public officials.

No way in hell should she or anyone else involved in these matters skate.

Trump needs a fearless AG to approve a grand jury. A grand jury will indict her. There may be some outcry of sympathy ... but by the time President Trump is inaugurated, much of the empathy for Hillary's "suffering" will have dissipated. Prepare the public for her indictment by reminding them of the enormity of her crimes.

Justice must be done. Too many people are in prison for doing far, far less damage to our national security than she has done.

Don’t put some arbitrary time period on the process, like 100 days.

The FBI has numerous investigations into the Clinton Foundation ongoing and we don’t know what an investigation into the use of the private server would show, if run normally using a grand jury and search warrants.

We need to put a special counsel in place to oversee the FBI investigations and make use of grand juries and other normal investigatory and see where the evidence leads.

The sale of US government policy for cash is extremely serious and will take many more months. What it appears the Clintons have done, with US uranium and in Haiti and in Nigeria and a number of other instances is far, far more serious and concrete than what the Obama administration prosecuted VA governor Bob McDonnell for.

Find a good AG, turn the problem over to him and empower the FBI to investigate sans Comey and his deputy.

I agree. She’s not likely to live long enough to see the end of the investigation and trial anyway.

Prison sets a very good precedent, reconciling the really bad precedent of Hillary’s crimes.
