California legislators are in the process of rolling out what will be the strictest gun control laws in the country. Democrat state Legislatures rolled out a list of proposals that will instantly criminalize most of the state’s law abiding gun owners.

California is getting ready to experience yet another gun ban. This time the ban will make a criminal out of people that own the following types of guns:
Banning the possession of high capacity magazines (10 rounds +). Possession of hollow point and similar style bullets is now a felony. Background checks and permits required for ammunition purchases. Register all ammo purchases. Can’t have over 500 rounds in your possession. All gun owners will require a license and liability insurance. All guns with detachable magazines are banned. All grandfathered magazines will become illegal. Possession will be a felony. Anyone who is not allowed to legally own a weapon cannot live in a home with a weapon. Expanded list of crimes that can prevent you from owning a gun.

They clearly want a totalitarian state where the government has an absolute monopoly on power. Their only hope is in Trump’s Supreme Court justices.

There are so many Californians moving to Oregon, I expect Oregon to follow suit shortly.

simple solution: lawsuits, states’ rights died at the end of the Civil War. or so the left was saying not to long ago.
let’s hold them to that idea and ram the 2nd/14th Amendments down their throats.
Once Trump seats some judges on SCOTUS, maybe we can deep six this crap.

That’s beyond Draconian; it’s Nazism.
I hope Trump’s appointees don’t go all wobbly like both Bush’s did.
You can bet Schumer&Co will fight Trump every step of the way, on everything.
The real war is just getting started.

Yes, not only that, but also that none of the current conservatives on the Court turn on this issue.
The Court could (and has in the past refused) also refuse to hear challenges to State laws such as these ones, which is also very revealing.
Let’s see if the R Senate maintains the Democrat filibuster ban on judges. As much as I like the filibuster, there is a need to put real conservative (ie. not Bush conservative) judges on the Court ASAP.
There is so much work to be done just to defend the God-given constitutional rights that elected officials are duty-bound to uphold.
Can we give Californians their own country? Heck they could even merge with Mexico.
What is a “...similar style bullet”?
Any expanding bullet design? If so, only over-penetrating FMJs are legal. Pitty poor innocent bystanders struck by a through-and-through.
That list is defacto gun confiscation.
Maybe its time to roll out Federal Gun Rights laws that override state bans and see how the fkn gun grabbers like that?

true, but short of out-right blood-letting, the Heller decision and especially the Miller? v Chicago ruling “trumps” that list. JMO
