We all vote for electors. The answers to your questions are yes and yes. They’re very unlikely to stray from voting for the candidate they’re pledged to.

It does make me wonder if they will next investigate Trump under some bogus charge and try to push off the election until the FBI is done. No less unconstitutional than many of their other stunts.
You do not always have to prove intent. E.g., you are drunk as a skunk and get into your car and drive and then kill someone. You did not intend to kill anyone but you will be charged with manslaughter nonetheless. Intent is is implied by your reckless act of driving drunk. I am sure that there are many other examples.
I could not honestly answer that question either way.
I don’t know what Comey is thinking but I don’t trust him any further than I would trust Lynch or Obama or any other participant in Clinton’s crimes.
Based on history, this could be a ruse to generate “Clinton exonerated” headlines which would be printed in nearly identical form in every corporate newspaper in the country on November 7th.
Anyone who can’t prove intent in this case isn’t trying.
There could not possibly be more indicators of intent than are already present.
Finding no intent here makes intent impossible to establish anywhere. That may be why the jury couldn’t find intent in the Oregon standoff trial.

If referring to the pedophile issue, “intent” is obvious.
If FBI is going to hit her on the classified email issue, I believe that intent isn’t a consideration. If there was a breach, with intent or not, it’s a crime.
