The Media Lies: Despite Media Claims, Comey's Letter Does Indicate Something Is There
Personal ^ | 29 Oct 16 | Xzins

The following is the text of the letter from FBI Director Comey to Congress in which the criminal investigation against Hillary Clinton is again opened. Note the underlined sections. Comey first says they appear to be pertinent. Then he says they must undergo an investigative review.

Dear Messrs Chairmen: In previous congressional testimony, l referred to the fact that the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) had completed its investigation of former Secretary Clinton's personal email server. Due to recent developments, I am writing to supplement my previous testimony.

In connection with an unrelated case, the FBI has learned of the existence of emails that appear to be pertinent to the investigation. I am writing to inform you that the investigative team briefed me on this yesterday, and I agreed that the FBI should take appropriate investigative steps designed to allow investigators to review these emails to determine whether they contain classified information, as well as to assess their importance to our investigation.

Although the FBI cannot yet assess whether or not this material may be significant, and I cannot predict how long it will take us to complete this additional work, I believe it is important to update your Committees about our efforts in light of my previous testimony.

Sincerely yours, James B. Comey Director

The media spin at this point is that no one knows what is in the emails, AND that the FBI itself doesn't know.

That is belied by Comey's own words:

1. For him to say that they 'appear to be pertinent' says that they HAVE been looked at. At a minimum, there has been an initial reading of the emails, and perhaps a preliminary analysis. How else can one conclude they 'appear to be pertinent'?

2. His following words seem to confirm this understanding, because he goes on to say that the emails must be reviewed by investigators in terms of the investigation. This sounds like an in depth look specifically focused on the actual legal issues of the investigation. First there was a reading and a reflection. Then there is this review as seen through the eyes of the investigation.

So, beware the Clinton spin that is appearing in the media. The FBI knows that something is there.

What this all boils down to is as said by Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi in her interview this morning with Neil Cavuto. This is a criminal investigation. We have a presidential candidate a few days from an election, and that candidate is under criminal investigation by the FBI.

Bondi went on to say that if she applied for a job in government and checked the box on the application that asks if she's under criminal investigation then she would not be hired. If she applied for any job and revealed she is under FBI criminal investigation that she would not be hired.

This is directly connected to the continuing issues of corruption, deceit, and incompetence that have always been relevant with Hillary Clinton.

It depends on whether Comey is evil.

If not evil, he might use incriminating evidence against Huma as a way of bringing the story back into the news and bringing Hillary!® down. If evil, he's acting on direction from higher up, or trying to salvage the best he can of a bad situation for his masters.

>Something else got Comey’s attention<

.
Could it be that Comey got his information directly from a wikileaks email that we are still unaware of?

An email that will be disclosed next week?

I hope you don’t cuss & talk obscene like the union guys I
worked for in a temp position in a city. They were SO
vulgar talking. Not to me; but went behind closed doors,
were LOUD and used words I’d never heard before in my life.
Violently vulgar is the only way I can describe their
vocabulary. They were out of the office a lot. Thankfully.
I mostly answered the phone and took messages.

“Comey doesn’t want to go down in history as a complete traitor by covering up for her again.”

Integrity kicking in? Not even. Comey is a subservient lackey of the ruling oligarchy, and does what he is told to do, by his bosses.

He’s reopened the investigation into Hillary’s emails because Obama told him to, now that it’s clear she’s going to lose. Her got to get out in front of the coming data dumps of everything that was on her server.

Much of that information will incriminate Hussein and hundreds of gov’t corruptocrats. I think this is a last second Hail Mary pass to give the people a head on a like, in order to save the rest of the snakes.

Nicely done.

You may very well be right, friend.

Hussein and partner have kept pretty quiet about the Clinton Crime Family and most the this email fiasco.

It’s gotten to the point it’s hard to decide what to believe.

I wish we had your Weasel Translator available for every news report and Democrat speech.

The main trick is to let all rationality go and just let yourself be driven entirely by negative emotions.

Too true. Where’s Morpheus with that red pill when you need him?

Well, technically, she wouldn’t be under FBI criminal investigation unless there was a grand jury.

And there can't be a Grand Jury until the FBI feels the criminal charges are clear, complete, documented and non-equivocal.

And that can't happen until the FBI finds new information that will change Comeys initial recommendation to the Justice Department.

Then the Justice Department must feel "cornered" enough to feel they have no choice to avoid finding itself in an indefensible political position. Absent that sequence, it's irrational to jump ahead to the current "missing" Grand Jury!

They never would have re-opened the criminal investigation if something was not there. They would not want to look like fools ....

My guess. There are some large C ‘s marked on them.

Worse than that some of the messages my have security warnings on them unlike those on Hillary's server. How did The Danger Family get the emails?

Actually, I was a machinist in a production manufacturing laboratory (the years starting in 1971) and all of the product finishers and most of the line employees except a few lathe machinists and die makers were female. And let me tell you, as a young guy I was called things and heard things from the women in the breakroom that I have never heard in my life in a men's locker room before or since.

Doug Band's 12 page memo released by Wikileaks is a smoking gun. The relationship between Teneo, the CF, the for profit Bill Clinton activities, and the State Department are detailed.

Huma Abedin worked for the State Department, Teneo, and the CF--all at the same time! No doubt those recently found tens of thousands of emails will provide more details on the Clinton slush fund that masqueraded as a charity.

Don't Hang Around Doug Band This Weekend ... Howie Carr

excerpt:

"Another thing I wouldn’t want to do is have to write a life insurance policy for Doug Band. In case you haven’t been paying much attention to the inner workings of the Clinton Foundation as detailed in the WikiLeaks dumps, Doug Band’s role is summed up nicely in this headline from the L.A. Times:

“An aide says he once arranged for $50 million in payments for Bill Clinton.”

Fifty million! And now it’s all laid out, in public documents, by Doug Band himself. Far, far beyond a reasonable doubt, if you want to get technical about it. Even James Comey could make this case — but he wants to keep breathing, too.

These latest leaks really do explain the whole breathtaking pay-to-play aspect of the Clinton Foundation. Band is bragging about his prowess as an extortionist, although he prefers to call it “the unorthodox nature of our roles.” But he does point out with some pride that his shakedowns, I mean charitable outreaches on behalf of Bill Clinton, “guided more than $30 million for him personally, with $66 million to be paid out over the next nine years.”

Either Abedin is lying or Weiner accessed and stored damaging emails on his computer as a “get out of jail card”. Weiner fully expected Clinton to be holding the reins which would determine his fate.

Some articles say they shared the same laptop, so it's possible, but I'm more inclined that Abedin stored the emails to share with someone else...like her mother, or her mother's muzzie minions.

If there isn’t something in 650,000 emails, the laws of Statistics will have to be repealed.
