President Trump the dealmaker could, after 90 days in the klink offer to let her out on 3 conditions, all related to Bill.
1) Acknowledge that HE DID have sex with THAT woman.
2) House arrest for the rest of the sentence. In Arkansas.
3) Require a DNA test to prove paternity of the black fella. If positive the RNC or Mr. Trump can buy the house next door. 5 instant grandchildren.
Pardon Hillary for what?
She has not been tried, convicted or even
charged for anything. There's only the FBI saying
she might have "mishandled" some emails that were
classified. The FBI hasn't even slapped her on the wrist
for this.

Can a president issue a pre-emptive pardon? A pardon, as I understand, is issued only to those who’ve already been convicted and/or serving time.
I’ve never heard of a pre-emptive pardon except in the case of Bill and Hillary’s marriage, wherein he was pre-emptively pardoned of all forthcoming adultery and philandering before their phony nuptuals.

Yes, they despise each other. Obama will still do it, for the same reason that he and Michelle are out campaigning for Hillary: for the good of the party and advancing the leftist agenda. The prosecution of Hillary would be too damaging to the Democrats.
Being the first black president, Obama is 'too big to fail.' He can still pardon Hillary and not worry. When he was exposed for lying about emailing Hillary on the unsecured server, everyone shrugged. I think he is still claiming to be the most ethical and transparent administration ever.
