Turnaround, or just 'better than expected?'
I’ll have more on “the tape” later today. Until then, suffice it to say that - like pollster Frank Luntz - I spent the weekend assuming it was all over for Donald Trump. After all, he’s a candidate who was just barely holding on to his place in the polls as it was. His remarks, however much his supporters might not care about them, delivered a severe blow precisely to his weakest spot.
According to Luntz and his focus group, last night’s debate went a long way toward undoing that damage.
As he put it:
“back in the race”
huh? a counter puncher with an iron jaw is never out of a fight.

For the first time I actually listened to some of the tape last night and after hearing it I said “Wait, is THAT all” Ive heard worse from dudes at nightclubs
Over at the DU they have all but buried Trump. They are going by 2 polls out this morning, one by CBS showing HRC up by 11% now. They seriously think that Trump is done and are turning somersaults gleeful and very very very happy

More likely 10% were never really undecided. Well, equally likely. Okay, somewhat less likely than them just being idiots. But it's possible.

Rasmussen shows a 7% Hillary boost pre debate, post tape.
Regardless of the absolute measure and partisan mix, the event did change votes.
Luntz says the debate puts them back where they were. We’ll see.
I don’t think we make enough fun of them.blm gets it. They know if we keep saying black labs matter or just highjacker them and they look stupid it’s game over.

Hillary knew what Bill was doing, and enabled it, endorsed it by staying married to the old philanderer.
Of course, she probably engaged in some extramarital flings as well.

I predict a whole bunch of Ladies will come forward saying Trump Grouped, molested, fondled, attacked, insulted, and humiliated them over the years going back 30-40 years.
That the attack is taking this form argues they can find no such "credible" accuser.
