During the debate when Clinton wanted to signal Holt whent she wanted the floor, she rubbed her face in a manner similar to a baseball manager.
According to True Pundit she has not done this in any other debates during her career supporting the accusation that these were signals.

Where is the hand-off to Holt?
There was no hand-off to Holt. He walks byy Holt, but you can't see if he actually hands him the folder. Then in the final frame at 1:40 min, in the lover right corner, you can still see the top of the folder at the gray-haired guy's left side.
Look at the very last frame at 1:40 — its where the video ends. The top of the folder is still visible at the side of the gray-haired guy.
But, there could be another reason; it was also stated that some people thought she had some sort of equipment on her during the debate.
So .. I’ve wondered if it was possible that she was wearing some sort of medical equipment. The reason I would think that is because of working in a senior facility where equipment for people with certain ailments were used to regulate some conditions.
The equipment senses certain electrical impulses within the body, and then it initializes an impulse to the patient via a transmitter under the patient’s skin. When that impulse happens, it can cause the patient to experience an itching or pricking sensation (anywhere on the body - depending on what the electrical sensor is for).
Therefore, Hillary reaching up to her face several times could have been the result of an electrical stimulation (or in some cases an actual miniscule injection) causing a physical reaction on some part of the body; it wouldn’t necessarily always be on the face (each instance would be based on the person’s condition).

Trump not only wins the support of more voters after the debate, but Hillary is alleged to have rigged the debate.
Trump is right. The fact that a corrupt person like Hillary is a presidential candidate is a disgrace.
If Hillary was sending hand signals it was to the person on the other end of Lester Holt’s ear piece.
That said, if Lester Holt is too stupid to do a debate without a democrat operative on the other end of his ear piece TELLING HIM WHAT TO SAY then he damn sure should NOT be a ‘token’...
Shame on him - shame on NBC. NEXT TIME NBC put the operative IN FRONT OF THE CAMERA AND THE PUPPET IN THE AUDIENCE.... Let’s make a small effort to be honest NBC. By the way does anyone know who was pulling the strings of the puppet? Chuck Todd? Bill Clinton? What Trump hater was behind the screen?

Wow, I’m floored. Francis Underwood has nothing on her. Amazing the gall she has to cheat like this. Bad enough she got the questions ahead of time. This story needs to be on Drudge and covered by Fox News.
