Two other bombs were found nearby and a Middle Eastern male’’ seen on a video camera is now a ‘’person of interest’’.
==

I'm getting it all warmed up and ready to go:

I understand Brett suffered from lupus.

he believes the incident was deliberate

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

Let's see. Multiple bombs tied together, and pipe bomb in trash can and he **believes** the incident was deliberate?

What does it take to **know** something is deliberate?

Yep, merely a co-incidence....

You can use the subtitles on your tv. I find that helpful.

The dialogue is clever, but I just find it difficult to care about anyone.

Hmmm, don't think I ever watched a movie about Sherlock Holmes where I actually cared about someone. Especially Watson or Holmes, instead it was about how they solved the case. I mean I might have been upset about the person killed but then there would be no reason for the movie is they had not been killed. So I probably view it as a sacrifice that had to happen.

Must be a male thing. 8>)

That is a good idea though, I might try the subtitles trick. Never even occurred to me to even try that, thanks.

BTW, I liked the movies Robert Downey Jr. played Sherlock in as well. While I am not a big fan of his, or really any Hollywood actor, I did find those movies very entertaining as well.

I liked Robert Downey Jr. as Holmes; he’s a fun performer. However, I couldn’t take the style of cinematography, with all the zipping and zooming and whooshing.

In the Jeremy Brett series, I cared about the people as well as the solution of the case.

I’ve never seen that one. Guess I’ll have to buy the complete 12 disk 41 episodes series I see advertised.

They used to be available streaming on Netflix. The DVDs are commonly found in public libraries.

I’m thinking now that this was a signal to start the ones in NYC and elsewhere across the country. I hope I am wrong. God help us.
