What they didn’t mention in the article was that the gentleman who was arrested will most likely sue the city that arrested him. And will likely prevail.
We had a rash of these sorts of cases I guess about 10 years ago in Virginia. After paying out several 5 figure settlements, most cities have wisely decided to knock it off. Plus open carry is now more common.
