[VANITY] Who is responsible for vetting Hillary's health vis-a-vis her eligibility to run for Pot

Okay, we have this nice constitution with eligibility requirements for President of the United States.

Who's job is it to enforce the health issues and actually determine elibility. We have physician's statements for Hillary (and Trump), but who actually has the fiduciary responsibility and how is it done?

“Who is responsible for vetting Hillary’s health vis-a-vis her eligibility to run for Potus?”

Health issues? No one, unless they are half dead, and maybe not even then.

Nobody. But Presidents traditionally go to Hopkins or Bethesda for annual physicals.

Howard Baker is responsible to take over if the President can’t handle the office. His job is to be appointed Chief of Staff when Congress is worried that the President is incapacitated. But the only problem is that he has been dead for 11 years.

The Constitution does not mention health.

There is NO ONE “in charge” of vetting ANYONE for eligibility.

There is NO “security clearance” or “background check” from the FBI, or anyone else.

Lots of people dismiss “conspiracy theories” about Soetoro’s eligibility, etc., on the grounds that “they” would never allow an illegal alien to run for President. When questioned, such people turn out to think that the FBI, CIA, etc., have that responsibility.

These days Clinton has the same insurance as all senators, representatives, plus all gov. employees have through their union. The insurance that gov. employees have is ten times better then vets who are not gov. employees or ret gov. employees, too.

Dead people have been elected to Congress, so why can’t a dead person be elected president?

We the People. We are the ones with the responsibility.

Would you want the American Psychiatric Assn to hold the power to certify who is mentally fit?

Would you want BLM to certify who is not racist and not fit to run?

We make mistakes in the primary, and in the general.
But the alternatives are much worse?

You are an idiot

The only requirements to be president are to be thirty five or older and to be a natural born citizen

Nothing else.

Ultimately, just as many courts on the state and federal level have decided on eligibility to the several legislatures and Congress, the Electorate are ultimately responsible for determining the eligibility of persons seeking the presidency, which is in line with the U.S. House, for example, determining the explicit constitutional eligibility of its membership.
