Under the existing law, countries that refuse to take back their criminal nationals after they have served their prison time, will have the issuance of all visas to the US stopped. We have not enforced that law.

As of January 2016, the following countries were designated by ICE as "uncooperative" in accepting deportees: Afghanistan, Algeria, Burundi, Cape Verde, China, Cuba, Eritrea, Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, India, Iran, Iraq, Ivory Coast, Liberia, Libya, Mali, Mauritania, Morocco, Sierra Leone, Somalia, South Sudan, and Zimbabwe.

And I don't mean just Commie rat b@$t@rd dysfunctional but so dysfunctional that they don't even meet the basic criteria of even qualifying as a county.

Somalia, for instance, has the climate of California, the population density of Kansas and sits astride 2000 miles of one of the busiest sea lanes in the world. It would be wealthy if people of even average intelligence were running it.

The United Nations should pick a couple of them and make them the destination for all of the refugee exporters. Force them to share the blessings of diversity as a penalty for being so dysfunctional.
