Even if Trump wins the election, she isn’t going to jail. Obama has two and one half months between the election and when he leaves office to grant her a full and unconditional pardon.

So she doesn’t go to jail. She’s sick and won’t live much longer anyway, but she will spend those last years broken and mired in civil lawsuits as people challenge the Foundation. By the way, even if she is pardoned the Clinton Foundation can not be pardoned and it will totally crumble. They are ALL about money. Hit them where it hurts.

Just curious, can you grant a pardon to someone who hasn’t been convicted of a crime?

She has not been charged with anything, or sentenced for anything. So there is nothing to pardon. My hope is that the charges will be filed after Trump takes office.
