Michael Moore, the Oscar-winning documentary-maker known for films including Bowling For Columbine, Fahrenheit 9/11 and this year’s Where To Invade Next, has prompted consternation among his admirers this week by telling audiences he believes Donald Trump will beat Hillary Clinton to become president of the United States.
Appearing on discussion show Real Time with Bill Maher on Wednesday, Moore elicited booing from the studio audience when he told the panel: “I’m sorry to be the buzzkill here so early on, but I think Trump is gonna win.”(continued)
