I doubt if only Trump supporters watched the speech. It will be interesting when they come out with viewership stats. In 2008, both 0bama and McCain got about 38 MILLION viewers for their acceptance speeches, while Palin got 37 MILLION for her acceptance speech, the highest for any VP candidate. I’m going to go out on a limb and say that Trump probably drew at least 40 MILLION. Of those, most will be listening to a speech by him for the very first time.

You’re right about going on offense. And unapologetically. Some really smart moves like hitting out at TSA, which offends nearly everyone. And that bit about I’m with her vs I’m with you, the American people. Not to mention Islamic terrorism and illegals.
He’s set some tough goals to bring back manufacturing and simplify the tax code. Everybody says that. If he actually does it . . .
