SWAT has ‘person of interest’ in custody after Chicago’s active shooting threat

Chicago police say a person of interest is in custody after shots were fired at officers on the Far South Side early Sunday, reports WGN.
The SWAT team was called to a hostage barricade situation in Chicago's East Side neighborhood. Police say someone fired shots at an officer near the 10300 block of South Avenue N in the East Side neighborhood at 3:38 a.m.
The officer was not injured and police did not return fire, but the suspects reportedly fled into nearby homes...
