China made their citizens turn their guns. Made them all register. The next day they rounded up everyone on the lists. They executed 300,000 men and their sons.
So if I understand this, the powers to be in Hawaii ( Democrats) put gun owners that purchased the guns legally on the FBI list but not the criminals who do not have a permit that bought their guns underground or stole them that do not have not permit. Just another example of stupid Democrat / Socialist government punishing people for doing the things legally instead of going after the bad guys.
This is the stupidest law I have seen for gun control. It is like putting teachers on the list because they are in contact with children all the time and might be sexual predators. Might as well put anyone with a drivers license on the list because they might be drunk drivers. How about putting politicians on the list because they might be corrupt and taking bribes.
Legal gun owners commit three percent of gun violence & crimes. So what's being done about the other ninety-seven percent that illegal gun owners? Oh yes, absolutely nothing. So once again, laws are for friendly people who follow the law & it's quite evident, from Chicago to California, that the gun laws aren't working. It seems to be having the opposite effect in Chicago & California.
Liberals idea of gun "safety" is to confiscate all guns, and when someone is invading a home, the homeowner would need to fill out a form, in triplicate, and submit it to the government who would then review it and decide if the homeowner has a need. That would only take two weeks for an expedited case and carry fees of $400.00. Meanwhile, the homeowner would be killed by the invader so the liberal government would destroy the gun because the owner would no longer have a need to keep one.
When are they going to have a database of all the people in Hawaii being treated for Mental Illness or who are on prescription Psychotropic Medications if they want to make lists that have the people in a database that are most likely to start shooting?

They never had any intention of controlling illegal, violent criminals’ guns. The goal is to take guns from non-violent citizens. This is intentional and deliberate.
Someone tell me where are law-abiding citizens fighting back and forcing the government to reverse this.
This law will get people killed. Imagine people hunted where they live because their address is available for everyone to see. What type of America are we living in again?
I understand what the democrats are doing. With all the anti-establishment candidates winning throughout the world, the democrats see their power waning. So they are grabbing now. Disarm the possible opposition and by corruption keep power without the possibility of being deposed. It worked for Venezuela, Brazil, China, Cuba, North Korea, Mexico, and others. Democrats want to model the USA after those countries, economically and politically Hillaryp wants to obliterate other nations, just see how her state department actions influenced Syria, Libya, Yemen and Egypt.
Thereby diluting the FBI list making it less effective. The FBI should have a special Hawaii stamp for Hawaiian files so agents can ignore them more quickly.
Refuse to comply. How will anyone know if you should register your gun(s) unless you first register your gun(s)?
Look for confiscation to take place in Hawaii within three years. Look for China to takeover Hawaii during Hillary’s second term.

Actually, teachers and others in 'positions of trust' are the most common people in the 'rap back' database. I'm pretty sure that Hawaii is not one of the states who put those 'positions of trust' people in the database however. Mostly because most teacher unions bitterly object to having themselves entered into a criminal database.
The FBI list is a criminal watch list. We know how competent the FBI is with all of their lists. Essentially criminalizes proclaimed gun ownership. What could go wrong there?
One more law that will not do one whit of the good for which it is supposedly based while doing a ton of damage plus totally deconstructing the meaning of 2A.
So many trigger events come and go, and the armchair patriots continue to sit on their asses with thumbs in their noses. We should be ashamed. We are a society of slaves, no matter how big we talk.
How about putting all homosexuals on a list? Especially the ones with AIDS.
You will never see that. Yet homosexuals infected with AIDS continue to have dangerous unprotected anal sex with 1000 unsuspecting partners.
You know those government lists that the “media” clowns keep chirping about as a way of banning guns? If you live in Hawaii and own a gun, you are now on one of those lists. Congratulations.

I am being a wise guy about this issue however you can never underestimate the traitorous actions of the left.
The assumption is that all gun owners will turn criminal at some point. Also assumed is that they are a threat (to socialists) and most are on the right side of politics.
This is a new and huge tool in the socialists tool box. Trust me, down the road it will be used greatly.
The only purpose, the only purpose for the government to have a list of private firearms ownership is to know where to go when they decided to try to take them away. Confiscation, that is the only reason.
