I think the point Trump might try make is whether blue-eyed blond "Indians" are ever discriminated against on the basis of their race, and if not, what is the point of affirmative action programs that give preference to people who are not and can not possibly be discriminated against?
Close to half of the US population has some non-Caucasian DNA so it's not at all uncommon. What's uncommon is blue-eyed blond "Indians" checking the box on the application. BTW, Obama was not the first biracial politician elected to national office in the US.
A lot of whites are checking the hispanic block these days. I received a computerized racial/ethnic breakdown of my 700+ member navy squadron the other day and was shocked at how many white people with anglo surnames that I work with every day self-identified as "hispanic" on their official military records.
Personally, I'm all for it. Starve the beast.
