Being a member of LaRaza is also a conflict of interest (COI) issue for this judge. That’s why he is reversing himself because the expose and heat is on.
Nailed it. The astonishing point is not that Trump has the temerity to state this publicly, its that it's most likely true. Would be interesting to see how which judge and which attorneys received this case and the date they received it.
I've no doubt that there were dissatisfied customers from Trump U, but Caveat Emptor -- except in certain cases of senior citizens.
White judges should be allowed in the KKK. La Raza is racist from the things I ve heard about it.
It’s one thing to be of Hispanic decent and a completely different thing to be connected to La Raza. It the same as being white vs being a member of white supremist group.

You can’t tell your apples from your oranges. A much more accurate comparison would be if this group’s name was L&R Lawyers association, with the “L” & “R” NOT having anything to do with La Raza.

I was waiting for a flight at JFK Thursday night, and CNN was blathering on and on about Trump conflating La Raza with the lawyer group La Raza...Toobin, Cooper, and all of the panelists, except one.
She was trying to explain the connection and the payments for Clinton speeches as well, but they were talking her down.

While Judge Curiel initially ruled that the Post's motion to unseal the docs should be granted, he later said some documents were "mistakenly" released, and ordered them resealed and resubmitted with sections blacked out.
At this time, it is unclear which documents the judge has attempted to claw back, and which sections will be obscured.

I go out of my way to defend truth of distinctions until it is shown to be a lie. That is the classic adversarial style of America. Why do you quail at it and make unfounded accusations?
