I am a defeatist. It’s fixed for Hillary. Nothing binds the EC vote to the popular vote.
I think they all should be apportioned. That’s the closest I want to get to popular vote.

The latest polls do not look good. But, polls is polls and they very well could be wrong, not to mention a lot can happen in 5 months. IMO, it’s not going to be the landslide some thing it’s going to be.
Actually that isn’t true. The popular vote in each state is tied to the EC.
Only communists and stupid people want an election where the overall ‘popular’ vote to be the determiner. That leaves smaller communities and states out in the cold. It would mean the country would be run by the voters in NYC, LA, Miami, Chicago, Seattle, and SF. That you would not like
