It sounds like someone may be about to get booted from running in the presidential race. Usually I would say no way but the verbiage and tone suggest that the intel community is taking this matter more seriously than I thought they would. Could be wrong, though. The FBI agents working the case might get Clinton’d or someone may get paid off to let the case lie until the election is over.
I thought Clinton, Obama and the DOJ already knew that.
Of course the denials will be universal and unyielding.
They only have to stall until November, January at the latest.
If there's going to be leaks, we could use them now.

Now there are ongoing civil cases as well, Judicial Watch has been allowed depositions concerning lack of or tardy response on their FOIA request (and some others). Yesterday I read that Lewis Lukens gave his deposition, can't reveal what he said, but supposedly said it would be embarassing to Hillary and published next week (not sure about its being published). Anyway Lukens was the first IT guy who helped Hillary set up the server and would know her motives. Brian Pagliano was brought on board later because I think there was a prolonged outage or something.
Now McAuliffe is being investigated concerning donations from Chinese; I don't know how closely the foundation is being looked at parallel to that and a larger contribution, can't remember from whom.

There is no excuse, no extenuating circumstances. There is only characterizing the nature-of and quantifying the damage done. There is also looking for guilty associates who aided and abetted. Hillary has to go to prison, has to. Probably several dozen of her staff will too. This is not open for debate. If they do not prosecute and imprison US intelligence is dead. US national security is dead. Failure to prosecute and imprison will be a recruiting boon to foreign agents "Don't worry, if you get caught with a few papers any lawyer can get you off - look, they didn't do anything to Clinton..." and they would be right. Every defense attorney for someone in a national security case from then on would have a get out of jail free card for their client.
Clinton and all her cohorts in crime - including probably former President Clinton - must go to prison.
