I upgraded the old 32 bit Acer Aspire to Windows 10. It has issues with that but no real problems (Cortanna doesn’t work on it but I don’t need that anyway and sometimes Windows tries to turn it into a touch screen mode).. The big desk top (i-5 processors) used as a home server that stores all our video and company records is Windows 10 (Upgraded from Windows 7 Professional)once again it has no problem and I like Windows 10 a lot on that machine.
My wife thought I needed a new machine for traveling with a bit bigger screen and surprised me with it as a gift several months ago. We’ve had it too long, trying to correct the problems to return it. Indeed the keyboard was returned twice and the CPU exchanged once trying to get one that worked right. It has been left over night at the service center three times.
I would not sell it to anybody, I wouldn’t wish it on anyone. It will stay in a drawer or be purposely destroyed and given to a company that recycles electronics.
The real point of this machine was to get the 10.1 inch screen that could be used as either a tab or laptop. But it needed to be able to be used with a word processor and it really can’t be used that way.
Send it to me. I’ll destroy it for you. /s

It seems that all the effort would prove the case that it’s a lemon (Lemono?) and thus you’re entitled to a refund. Have they told you that you can’t return it?
