New York Times hit piece on Trump feels awfully familiar
Canada Free Press ^ | 05/22/16 | Herman Cain

Posted on 05/22/2016 7:52:40 AM PDT by Sean_Anthony

Same tactics the liberal MSM used against me

It was the most predictable thing, and for me, a very familiar thing as well. The New York Times, which might as well be the official newsletter of the Democrat Party and the Hillary campaign, goes around and interviews every woman it can find who’s ever had contact with Donald Trump – then writes a story that drips with implication he treats them boorishly and in a sexist manner.

But there’s one problem: Their star witness immediately came forward and said the Times completely misrepresented what she told them. Case in point: She showed up at a pool party Trump hosted without a swimsuit, so he offered her one and suggested she changed into it. How does that Times present that? They tell us Trump “suggested she change out of her clothes.”

Herman Cain would have made a great representative of the people. His success in business foreshadowed the success of Trump as a candidate. No longer is being a politician a prerequisite for being considered a good candidate for high office. I hate what they did to him. I am glad they did not succeed in destroying him.

I was hoping when he was running for President, he would make it, but he didn’t, I was sad...

My luck with primary candidates is terrible. In 2008, I was for Fred Thompson, 2012 was Rick Santorum and Newt, this past go around was Santorum, then Carson, then Cruz (until he proved to be an arse).

c'est la vie

The faggot promoting, muslim promoting New York Times is the mouthpiece for Soros and his Jarrett/Obama White House.

I liked Fred, miss him; I worked on the Santorum campaign when I lived in PA...we had everything red except Philly, Harrisburg, Pittsburg, they wiped out everything else..I don’t trust Newt...to much baggage and remember what he did to his wife while she was so sick, same thing with Juan MC Cain...Cruz=eeww!!!

I know of Newt’s lousy personal treatment of his ex wife. I’ve held my nose for so long for many candidates, it became almost rote. Still, Newt was “better” in my estimation than Mittens. Hated having such a choice.

And, Fred, may his soul rest with God and the Son. I, too, miss the ole fart. :-)

In a previous post, I outlined 10 scenarios that could/would be used as an attempt to take down the donald. In one of them, I mention one Gloria Alred on the bench waiting for her cue.

Trump should buy the NY Slimes, fire them all and replace them with real reporters and editors. If there is such a thing these days.

Supertalk Mississippi had a guest Friday on the radio program that was a female that worked for Trump for two years. The NYT called her two weeks ago (they didn't identify themselves nor their source) and when the woman said good things about Trump they hung up. She said they repeated accusations that were not true and she discounted them. The lady was very credible and positive about Trump.

This is a first hand account of the incident from Jackie, Newt's daughter, regarding the "incident". Quite different from the narrative from the MSM.

Thugs have a lot of power when powerless citizens can’t answer back.

Trump has ended the security of the corrupt powerful... they are NOT the only people with a voice - and never will be again..

Our local Gannett newsrag had a front page article comparing charitable donations by Trump with those by Christie of New Jersey and Hillary Clinton. It is entitled “Cheapskate Billionaire?”

They fail to mention the fact that these donations are writeoffs, and the possibility that Trump gives under the radar rather than in a look-at-me manner. In Los Angeles, an airline was refusing to help get a sick 3-year-old Jewish boy on a flight.

Trump was called, and he immediately made his expensive private jet available. Donald Trump acted to save the day, without hesitation.

Trump helped Tahmooressi, the American soldier who rotted in a Mexican jail. No fanfare or mention of it in his campaigning. Trump gave the US Marine who was held in Mexico money to help jumpstart his life after months of captivity. Pres. Obama didn’t even pick up a phone for him.

Trump raised funds for veterans when he skipped a Fox News GOP debate, instead holding his own rally. Trump said he raised $6 million for veterans during the event.

Trump helped prevent foreclosure on a family farm whose owner had committed suicide to try to save his land.

Lenard Hill 3d shot himself Feb. 4 to stop foreclosure on his land 20 minutes before its scheduled sale.

The life insurance he had hoped would pay off the debts was insufficient, however, and the land was rescheduled for auction.

Norma Foerderer, a spokesman for Mr. Trump, said, ‘’Trump phoned down to the auction block and stopped it and he guaranteed that he would assist them in this thing.’’

Ms. Foerderer said she believed Mr. Trump offered about $20,000 to Mr. Hill’s wife, Annabell, to save at least part of the farm.

Mrs. Hill proposed to bank officials that the land be sold privately so she could keep some of the 705 acres. Parts of the farm have been in the Hill family for three generations.

Ms. Foerderer said Mr. Trump was prompted to offer assistance after he saw news reports in which Mrs. Hill appealed for help in saving the family’s farm.

The list goes on, but is largely unnoticed by the anti-Trump media. And the Clinton Foundation likely funnels money back to the Namesakes and their friends, which was a reason for the private server. No mention of that, either.

I knew he didn’t divorce his wife but he wasn’t always there to help her either...who and what is important in life has always been one of my gages to go on...yes people have to work, but in his job, he could have taken time off, some of us aren’t that lucky, but he was...

Family is the center of our lives including our God, and if that isn’t THE most important things in life, then what is?
