Sanders is riding to second place on the backs of disillusioned college students and recent graduates. Bernie’s promising everything from free college to free sex change operations for everyone. Poor philosophy majors. Not even Bernie can force that philosophy factory to start hiring. “It’s not your fault you’re not wealthy! It’s those evil rich people’s fault!”
There’s a nut job like Bernie in every presidential election. Only this time, the first crop of our federally regulated public education system turns thirty this year.

How far behind is the once great Republic of ours?
“Our (grand)parents fought in WWI/II against Hitler, Stalin, blah blah blah”....and happily voted in Teddy, Wilson, FDR (HOW many times??), LBJ, and...
How far into the ‘Socialism pool’ is that red-line, before one turns a bashful-eye of hypocrisy?
How many more tomes of ‘laws’ need to rubber-stamped? Rights sundered? Freedom lost?
Where was the parenting, the push-back? There are lil’ Sanders supporters BECAUSE it was allowed to happen. One need only a mirror to see the culprit of today’s ills; most interested in sports and TV than PTA meetings/home-schooling/Town-hall events.
Ran across a comment by a Vietnam Marine combat veteran who lamented “We were killing Communists in the wrong country”...
