Cruz has said insulting things to Trump supporters.
I can't remember Trump attacking the average Cruz supporter. I think Trump exaggerates and claim they are switching to him.
When Trump says "he holds The Bible high", he is implying the Cruz supporters of 2014 & 2015 are switching to Trump.
A lot of these southern voters were originally Cruz supporters in May 2015.
What about Iowans, when he asked how stupid they were?
He said they were making one stupid decision.

I think the form of autism you are referring to is Asperger’s syndrome. They tend to have problems understanding language in context and are very literal in their use of language. They often have trouble picking up on subtle forms of communication like body language, humor, and sarcasm. They do not empathize with or seems insensitive to others’ feelings and have a hard time “reading” other people or may have difficulty understanding humor. They may be prone to accidentally insulting or hurting others people because of their lack of empathy for others.

You said it perfectly. I am hoping there will soon come a time when we forgive and forget and get on with the real fight. Those DemonRATs will be the epitome of the drive by attacks, mis-characterizations and Alinsky methods. I find it insulting the cruzer ads when Trump supporters are compared to children in knowing how to spot a “bully” or “showman”.

It’s one thing to support your candidate, but seriously, there are people here wondering about your mental health.
I haven’t seen him personally say anything against Cruz supporters. I have seen Cruz and Beck et all deride Trump supporters constantly and the battle between the supporters with name calling is on both sides.
