Well, he said we may pull out of NATO if they don’t pay their fair share. Cruz and others were outraged for a while but then they went silent
He said in a previous interview that when the opponent field whittled down he would focus more on the issues.
Of course, liberals and Muslims get enraged and outraged all the time, but there is little mention of that. Offended by everything from bacon to sidewalk chalk, their ridiculousness goes unchallenged by the leftist media.
In that case, how about Conservatives turn the searchlights back on the publicly-avowed enemies of America and knock off the ‘friendly fire’ for a while?

Many of his supporters have been advising him to get off social media and focus on issues

Oh there’s still a bit of color with his Lyin Ted meme and just the occasional “ get him out of here” to an agitator, but his speeches are a lot more powerful, for those who honestly listen to them

It will be another watershed in his evolution to political leader when he starts getting national security briefings and becomes aware of what is happening
He needs to be “outrageous” but directed towards Hillary or Bernie.
It has been nice that Trump has finally saw fit to start controlling his statements, and being more measured in his demeanor. If only his more avid supporters would do the same.
