Behavior changes when you wear a helmet. Put a helmet on a 10 year old and aggression on the football field increases exponentially.
I always go full helmet whenever I ride only because of the airborne creatures here in south florida. At speeds above 30 mph any flying creature can cause facial trauma.
And wind noise across the ears causes post-ride hearing probs for me.

Yup, same here in AZ, I wear all the gear every time I ride. I do this by choice, which is the way it should be.
