Trump will get 50% or more in NY, and 60% is not out of the question.

But if he gets less than 50% in any congressional district, the delegate are divided between the top two vote getters in the district.

NYS is a closed primary. Registration I believe is already closed.

Cruz will get many traditional Rush/Levin type of conservative Republicans. Kasich will get the GOPe types. Trump won't get to 60%, it will be close to 50%.

You're right, it isn't. That being said, the caucuses in colorado are for appearances only, as far as the GOP is concerned.

Yes. This is America. Where these have been the rules for over 100 years.

LOL. You mean the same rules the GoPe changes on a whim.

It’s TRump or Clinton and has been since FL and OH primary. Trump beat down Cruz to the tune of 1,000,000 voters. No primary candidate has ever lost that badly in a primary in those states and won the nomination much less the Presidency. CONSERVATIVES CHOSE TRUMP OVER CRUZ.

GoPe, Cruz, and MSM working together to elect Hillary ever since. Yes that is correct. Cruz now just a tool. And what rhymes with tool? Don’t be a Cruz ________.

But that other candidate better get 20% or he gets zip for Cong. Districts.

And here's the pertinent NY rules that will predominately apply.

This guy has it wired TIGHT! Brilliant.

Crybabies don't know the intricate nature of the different County and State GOP rules and so they are left out, with wailing and gnashing of teeth. Even Manafort joining the time, while a smart move, is rather late. There is no cheating here. Just TED CRUZ outsmarting Donald Trump and has SOLID GROUND GAME besting Trump who thinks tossing red meat to stadiums of 20,000 and getting them excited enough to throw punches and shout his name in Nazi unison, and free TV reporting wall to wall for six months, is enough to win the intricate delegate game.

Hey welcome to the world of politics. If they can't stand the heat........ just sayin'

No problem. The name of the game is keep Trump out until the convention, and every delegate either Cruz or Kasich gets moves us closer to that goal. All they need to do is combine for about 250 pledged delegates, and we have an open convention.

Good news is in store from another state tomorrow, very likely. Western state, but I won’t way which one. CRUZ ROCKS. I love this peeling off delegates that Trump’s team is too stupid to know the rules of how to prevent it and keep them for Cleveland. Bobby Kennedy would be proud, great convention manager that he was. Welcome to POLITICSS, folks.

He can win all the votes he wants, but if he has not mastered the delegate strategy, he’s going to loose out. He could win a majority of the popular vote in the general, yet lose the electoral college and thus the presidency. No sense in crying. Them’s the rules. Want a different outcome? Learn the tactical warfare, or change the rules (several years ago at country conventions.)

That’s not what the NY polls have been showing. Trump’s been polled at 64% and up 52% over the next contender in NY. Trump will get his 50% plus of the vote and may push 60%.

Thank you for posting!!

Americans need to know, the GOPe and/or Cruz plan on stealing this nomination.

I don't know what is wrong with these Cruz supporters here and their blatant support of the Big Steal. It's wrong, but it seems like it is full steam ahead for these people.

It doesn’t favor the voters, Tool Fool(Cruz Voter)
The voters start the process in 2995 statewide neighborhood caucuses where they vote for local delegates. These 2995 local delegates then elect county and statewide delegates who then vote for the candidates.

Sounds like a democratic republican process to me but not to somebody like you, a low info DU nitwit.
==

Tool Fool, I’ll lay down millions of voters (who are choosing the candidate they want) in a party that doesn’t viably exist without them, against your measly 2995.

Yes, many may buy into this (voters just vote, delegates choose), but this year millions will disagree and act accordingly.

A Party, it’s end may be nigh.

An embarrassing example of Trump’s organizational flaws were revealed in a district convention in Colorado on Thursday where the campaign handed out glossy literature to urge attendees to vote for delegates who weren’t on the ballot.

That's the way the idiot is on trade.

He will just as soon slap a tariff on Japanese furniture makers because their own market is 'closed' (sic), to American furniture makers from North Carolina. He'll rant and rave about unfairness and closed markets. It won't occur to him that American manufactured furniture is too damn large to even fit in a tiny average Japanese home so why would they in the free market even purchase this stuff. And when told to modify their product for the Japanese market, refuse to because "that's how we've always made our fine product there in N.C.". ( True story, 1991.)

Trump has not learned the ground game either in electoral politics or trade realities, and will just cry "Unfair!" like liberal-raised kids who pout when they lose a contest at school.

That was one poll taken about a month ago, and no other poll agreed with it - in other words it was an outlier. He has been averaging in the low 50's over the past few weeks, about 30 points ahead. He will win the state easily, but he will not sweep all of the delegates.

The Establishment supports Cruz for sure but Cruz also has contrasted himself from Trump on “Western Lands” with Ted calling for state control of federal lands while Trump opposed it saying the states couldn’t handle the lands properly.

Trump is losing Colorado and Wyoming in part because he’s on the wrong side of federal land control in the West.

Trump will also lose Montana in part because of this on June 7th.

Closer to 3 weeks ago in mid March that poll. Trump’s numbers can just as easily go back up in New York and it’s probably likely so. I bet Trump runs 50% plus in almost all NY CDs. Kasich may break in to get a few delegates out of NY, and Teddy, he’ll likely be shooting snake eyes.

Read what I said again about the 2995 caucuses, NOT 2995 voters, and then try again Trump Wrangler.
