Someone needs to educate the moron that wrote that article about the term naturalized. Ted Cruz was not naturalized because he was a citizen at birth.
No he wasn’t. His mother had to ask for him to be a citizen. I don’t have a link right now but I saw the procedure described in a comment to an article on this forum.
