Unfortunately I’ve seen ZERO efforts yet along those lines. Time is of the essence here; the police need to react quicker.

At least in New York now, they’re arresting the protesters.

Ditto that. I watched CNN ten minutes ago. A female journalist was interviewing Sheriff Arpaio. The diplomacy of the Sherriff was absolutely spot on. In reasoned quiet terms, he simply emphasised the right of all persons to be safe and protected. Even the journalist seemed to check any strident questioning. She tried to make a few points including that of the Sheriff's previous support for Trump. He handled it perfectly.

From up Canada way, I do not have a dog in the hunt, but I know anarchy when I see it. Trying to block a peaceful assembly by force comes close to it.

Wouldn’t a better solution be for Trump to ‘turn it down’ and not be so HATEFUL? At least according to Ted Cruz.

It’s a tossup between Cruz and Trump for me, but I know that without Trump we wouldn’t even be talking about Cruz at this stage of the game, just which GOPe candidate we were going to be saddled with.

Impound the cars and auction them off. So far as I'm concerned, they are endangering public safety (what if an ambulance had to get through with a heart attack victim?) and abandoning their vehicles.

Put them in jail and make sure they never see their "abandoned" cars again and this kind of nonsense will stop real quick.
