Trump: "Ted Cruz Didn't Win Iowa, He Stole It;" Cruz Committed Voter Fraud
iOTW Report ^ | 2/3/16 | Aurelius

Posted on 02/03/2016 6:33:10 AM PST by rightistight

Accusing Senator Ted Cruz of voter fraud, Donald Trump today argued that Mr. Cruz "stole" the election in Iowa.

"That is why all of the polls were so wrong, and why he got far more votes than anticipated," Mr. Trump said on Twitter, suggesting no one predicted that Mr. Cruz would win:

Ted Cruz didn't win Iowa, he stole it. That is why all of the polls were so wrong and why he got far more votes than anticipated. Bad!— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) February 3, 2016

Mr. Trump then went further, saying Mr. Cruz committed fraud, suggesting that Cruz's campaign suggesting that Ben Carson would drop out amounted to fraud, as did his campaign's mailers about "voting violations:"

Many people voted for Cruz over Carson because of this Cruz fraud. Also, Cruz sent out a VOTER VIOLATION certificate to thousands of voters.— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) February 3, 2016

The Voter Violation certificate gave poor marks to the unsuspecting voter(grade of F) and told them to clear it up by voting for Cruz. Fraud— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) February 3, 2016

> “I also have noticed many of the flamethrowers have recent signup dates, which should lead anyone to believe they’re here for the purpose of disrupting ... while others get caught up in it just because they want to defend their guy. Some are sleeper trolls, of course.”

This is the way it’s always been on FR as I expect you are aware.

It’s disturbing to see Cruz supporters rub their hands and smile as the media attacks Trump non-stop. It’s disturbing because the same media trolls will turn on Ted just as soon as they are done (if they’re ever done) with Donald.

The media is OBVIOUSLY playing Donald and Ted against each other. They are loving it. They could not take down Donald themselves so they’re hoping Ted will do it for them, then they’ll go to work on Ted.

This is why my prayers are that Donald and Ted are the ticket, because the media will be defeated, and it will follow that the Uniparty will be defeated.

You will know that Donald and Ted have won when you see the Uniparty start saying they back Trump-Cruz and that they were always this way, but ... but ... they had to be fair to all candidates blah blah blah. It will happen, leftist scum never take responsibility and always try and attach themselves to a winner saying they were always for the winner. Then they sit and wait until they can grab power for themselves.

All this stupid infighting is going to make us lose yet another election — one we can’t afford to lose. Hillary will have the last laugh as we cry for America as the ilegals, muslims and refugees steal our identity abd we become second class citizens in our own unemployed third world country.

We know 0bama stole Iowa in 2008.

Without control mechanisms in place to ensure the integrity of the vote, who wins there is always going to be up for grabs. To be able to grab multiple ballots, vote on notebook paper, mill around after the fact and go vote again, have anyone’s campaign operative speak to active voters, and have only one person see and count the votes-creates obvious risk for fraud.

None of us would want anything similar for those who handle our money.

I saw with my own eyes once how to manipulate a much less important vote. It taught me a lot. It cost the other person the friendship. We had a revote.

That was small, in comparison to this, I suppose. But I remember everything.

It doesn’t matter to me now, in this situation, who won Iowa. Iowa’s tainted, though, and it needs to fix itself. We can argue character, etc., etc. But the integrity of the vote there matters, and so, we can declare anyone - dogcatcher included - and be right.

One man’s whining is another man’s legitimate protest. Objectively, Trump is complaining because he wasn’t committed enough to the win, so his “ghost army” didn’t show up to compensate for the random events that always happen in these contests. Like complaining the ball took a bad bounce when you’re on your own 4 yard line. Duh. So yep, to me, that’s just whining.

Peace,
SR

“Why throw your valuable vote away”

Because one liar is no better than another. Look at our republican congress.

I have witnessed two high-profile elections stolen in Washington State, mostly via absentee ballots.

I’m just beginning to get clarity on the corrupt mess that is Iowa. Thankfully, they are not so important.

The important result is that Cruz takes 8, Trump takes 7 and Rubio takes 6 delegates respectively. That’s a draw against the larger election.

Interesting. Thanks for the response.

November’s fraud is being strategized as we speak. GOPe’s in on it.

“sounds like a Democrat method to me! Sore Loserman??”

AS I understand the story, a local campaign manager used a CNN story as the basis of fact in his/her claim. You know, like when GWB used intelligence reports in his case regarding Iraq....

If the source information is faulty, is it a “lie” to source it? If you are a Democrat, then yes, it is now fair to say “Bush lied and people died!”

This scenario is causing a bit of reminiscing.....

Agree with the prior poster this is projection. Carson ( who I liked ) should have been ALL IN on caucus night, not producing self-inflicted fud over flying back to Florida.

Are you serious? Carson flies to Florida. CNN reports that Carson is going to Florida on a break after the caucus. King tells voters that Carson has ended his campaign. Cruz repeats it. Cruz apologize for getting it wrong (too late of course) and you're telling me it's Carson's fault? Geesh.

So you feel the same way about CNN who broke the story right? Cruz’s people only repeated it.

This is the spin and the spin is an outright lie. The CNN tweet simply said that Carson was taking a break after the caucus and flying to Florida. King went a step further and tweeted the Carson was quitting the campaign and to vote for Cruz. Cruz told everyone the same thing.

Yes I am. The ONLY message from Carson should have been to finish strong in Iowa.

Then jet to NH to have rallies where voters are registered at the end.

You know the Rubio campaign re-twitted then Carson wavering as well, right?

Where are all the Carson supporters who swung to Cruz? Trump is a freakin’ baby, unfit to lead.

“This is why my prayers are that Donald and Ted are the ticket, because the media will be defeated, and it will follow that the Uniparty will be defeated.”

Some do believe they’re involved in a kabuki show. I don’t know, there may be something to that. I suppose we’ll know soon enough.

Meanwhile, I would like to see Trump aim at the media and the establishment, along with the PC nonsense crowd, as he did in the beginning.

That’s when I felt he knew who had to be defeated, knew where to throw the darts, and I had a bit of hope that we’ll get things back on track, especially regarding the economy.

Actually, both Juan and Milt DID get “down and dirty”, but only against conservatives. They treated Maobama with reverence once nominated.

You're correct. I neglected to look at it from that angle.

I agree and tried to mitigate but was jumped on hard ... say one word that contradicts the DJT narrative as seen by people here and whamo.

I also suspect that many of the more vicious ones are Dem operatives deliberately sowing dissension, while other legit people are egged on compounding the nasty mess.

But this same scenario seems to be playing out nationally as well. And you rightly say that that level of nasty will cause the election to be lost. I did say that all the dissension will cause ordinary people like myself and others to just say hey who’s the adult here and vote for the Dem. No one replied to that ... also interesting.

But I disagree about Hillary - its Bernie who will win the POTUS slot and we all will be having our meager rations in some place surrounded by razor wire, gunfire in the background and smoke billowing from very tall stacks ... but we won;t have to go to work anymore and the little food we get will be free ...
