Cruz went from Iowa event to Iowa event telling how he’d make sure his Administration paved the way for E25 and E30 products to get to market.
He wasn’t scaring them on the ethanol subject at all, he was just cleverly changing his focus to, in a way, offer more.
He wasn’t talking about a phony government mandated market, he was talking about getting the government out of the way so they can sell more of there product. Nothing wrong with that.
