How are presidents Cruz or Trump going to change this back? Executive orders.
I would start by cashiering everyone in the existing chain of command that supported and implemented this crap.
I would order the immediate discharge of any "gay" anything in the US Armed Forces. I would tell the Federal Judges to go F*** themselves, and I would refuse to obey anything they said on the matter that does not conform to what I have decided to do.

"The Ray Mabus touch" Every time I see that name, I remember my readings of Nostradamus: "The Mabus" is a high servant of the anti-Christ, and his 'untimely death' is the signal of the start of the Final Battle / Amageddon.
