When will Hillary Clinton be indicted?
Blasting News ^ | Jan 21, 2016 | Mark R. Whittington

With the revelation that Hillary Clinton stored above top secret documents on her unsecured email server, the question being discussed on the news talk shows is not whether she will be indicted but when. Two scenarios have arisen concerning a possible Clinton indictment under the Espionage Act and perhaps other, related charges

The dance is already going on.

They are going to give her every opportunity to go for a light sentence, but she won’t take it.

It just depends on how long it takes for everyone involved to get angry with her.

I’m still not convinced the Democrats want to win in 2016. Lots of chickens are coming home to roost.

Catherine Herridge just reported that the FBI was able to reconstruct all of the emails Hillary deleted. I don’t think any of the emails the State Dept. has turned over were a part of those. Could be loads more revelations coming.

Put me down for March 23, 2017 at 10:30AM.

If Sanders cleans Hillary’s clock in the Iowa organizer-fest, and the New Hampshire+Massachusetts primary, and her campaign collapses, the Dem’s lose the election, and either Cruz or Trump become President, there is a slim hope she will be indicted (and that I will win PowerBall). Until she is politically dead, Dem’s will protect her.

“Does anyone think the politicized Justice Department would ever indict Hillary?”

I think it’s very possible. Now that it’s looking like Trump could beat Hillary, the White Hut will want a better candidate. One phone call from Hussein to the J.D., and it’s curtains for Hillary. Her replacement won’t have to be Bernie. If they use the right timeline they can replace Hillary with anyone.

Why did she want to use a personal server to begin with? What was the point?

I think they are going to try to make the tax evasion/money laundering/racketeering case over the Foundation/Global Initiative. They don’t need 150 agents for an open and shut technical violation of the classification rules.

Also (leaving aside that the perps are the former President and First Lady), the Clintons have powerful friends. Indicting them is not like indicting you or me or Martha Stewart.

Any case the Feds make has to be 1) Big enough to make LIVs understand it, and 2) Ironclad beyond a doubt.

If she loses NH badly, as it now appears will be the case, the FBI’s job will get easier.

What was the point?

Complete control of the evidence trail and the ability to delete proof of criminal activity. The problem is that she's an amateur playing a professional's game. She's been caught, and the real question now is who will bell the cat?

The Democrats know Bernie can’t win.

If he fights the election over single payer, I think he will win.

Whoever is at the top of the Democrat ticket, the VP candidate will be the minority next in line for POTUS. Warren (66), Hillary (68), Sanders (74) and Biden (73) are all old. The Democrats will choose a younger minority to interest minorities and millenials in voting. Without a minority on the ticket, Dems may have trouble turning out the Hispanic and African American vote.

My prediction is the VP will be Julian Castro (41) who is currently HUD secretary and previously served as Mayor of San Antonio. The Democrats will want to play to the rapidly growing Hispanic population and counter a GOP ticket with Rubio or Cruz in the top or second spot.

If not Castro, the VP nod will likely go to Cory Booker (46) the black Senator from New Jersey and former mayor of Newark or Deval Patrick (59) the black former governor of Massachusetts. Kamala Harris (51) black attorney general of California or Attorney General of the US Loretta Lynch (56) are potential black female VP candidates.

Indicting Hillary is the only chance the Dims have to win the White House. They have to get her out of the race to get a winning ticket, i.e. Biden/Fauxcahontas. But the Clintons have the goods on Obama/Jarrett. So they’re caught between Iraq and a hard place. Of course, if these people were conservatives/Republicans, the GOP candidate/indictee would be hounded by a groundswell of GOPe suck-ups and the media to end his candidacy “in the greater interests of the country.” After a week of phony high drama with a pre-determined outcome, the candidate would withdraw. The GOP would then ask Jeb Buch and John Kasich to come to the rescue, having convinced enough stupid people that a Bush/Kasich ticket would all but guarantee Florida and Ohio going red.

But the players in this case being Dims, things play out quite differently, and much more unpredictably and dramatically. Dims never cave-—ever. Well, let’s just say that historically the GOP holds a 100:1 cave ratio over the Dims. My prediction is that they don’t indict Hillary and she gets trounced in November. The Dims would rather lose than air their dirty laundry.

As usual, a GOP victory means nothing. As someone once said, “All victories are meaningless unless you defeat stupidity along with it.”

I would think they are waiting for just the perfect time for Joe to step in. Might make some sense if Bernie takes the lead in March. Maybe Easter or so?

I see what your saying, and can agree with that situation, however, if Trump gets into office, he can request to have another investigation take place, only this time the goods will come out...

She’s done no matter how she plays this, it’s either now or later...she isn’t going to walk, unless she suddenly is found in Fort Marcy Park with 3 bullet holes in the back on her head that she put there herself....

“...When will Hillary Clinton be indicted?...”

The author seems to think laws apply to our political elite.

However, if she is indicted, tried, convicted and taken to prison in cuffs - I’m throwing a damn party for the ever so slight possibility that liberty & justice are beginning to be reaffirmed.

“...Bernie is going to be the Democratic candidate. Hillary is a goner...”

There is scuttlebutt (and that’s all it is, but still) that if Sanders appears to be on track to topple Clinton for the nomination once the primaries are underway, then Biden will be heavily pressured to get off the bench and into the game.

Personally, I fail to see how that would improve the dems chances any, but like I said - that’s the scuttlebutt.
