Putting aside for the moment all of the other illegalities that may be involved here, is it even legal for freight carriers such as UPS, Fed-Ex, DHL, etc., to use their planes to transport passengers? The media should pose this question to the FAA.
But where is the above when it comes the 50,000 homeless vets that served our country?

This and the thousands of illegals crossing the border everyday with the opposition party doing nothing to stop the Lyin’ King and the GOPe is flummoxed as to Trump’s popularity.
I would look for confirmation on this first, no offense to the article but we have seen several stories like this that were not accurate - these planes are not set up for passengers not to mention UPS probably understands how unpopular this might be so negative press would potentially outweigh any profit from carrying passengers. That is not their business model.
If they were to do this it’s a poor business decision because it would cost them.

I personally would like to see an independent audit year by year to see if more money was spent than appropriated both by program and in total.
Oh, I’m sure that there is a loophole or some kind of other crap.
Don’t forget, that some planes are equipped to be quickly converted to military use (the government pays for this, as a contingency for wartime). So...put the plaen under the military with military pilots and they can do whatever they want.
Laws are for the unimaginative.
