When for years lib/prog types disparaged the Pilgrims as racist, religious extremist plunderers who took the land from the indigenous peoples living here and diseased and mistreated them so horribly. Part of it is that he wants to increase represenation in Blue States (the 2020 Census is coming...) and to dilute the more marginal Red States.
The Democratic Governor of Kentucky has just restored voting rights to convicted felons in an effort to increase the Democrat vote. Felons, like Moslems, are natural constituents of the Democrats.
