I liked Jerome’s book, but the gold standard is Gold’s. It would help if you had an in depth knowledge of chemistry.
He explains how the atmosphere and water were created. Seriously, it’s the most detailed description of the Earth’s evolution there is. We’re told water came from comets, seriously. The planets were created from hydrocarbons. Water and Petrolium are both hydrocarbons.
Don’t listen to anyone that wants to talk about ‘fossil fuels’. Gold and Corsi are closer to the truth.
I dont believe in evolution, but some times it makes good fantasy reading
however, I am wondering just how many animals and plants had to be there before Noah’s flood if we keep finding out we aren’t running out of ‘fossil’ fuels :)
Want to read a great but kooky physics book?
THE TAO OF PHYSICS
and
THE DANCING WU LI MASTERS
Great science, weird application into the oneness of everything pantheism, but a good primer on particle physics
