.........[Ben Carson] is leading in North Carolina, Oklahoma, Texas, Wisconsin, and Iowa. That's impressive. It's well-known that he's doing well with religious conservatives in Iowa, but now it looks as though he has appeal throughout the South and other Midwestern states.

What can Trump do to rebound? He has tried casting doubt on Carson's religion. He has tried having plenty of book signings. In an interview recently he said he was going to replace Obamacare with "something much better." Who wouldn't want to vote for someone who is going to institute a "something much better" health care system? He also promises to "quickly and brutally cut the head off of ISIS." I'm for cutting the head off ISIS. Let the head-cutting begin!
Unfortunately, that doesn't seem to be enough for voters. His tax plan has higher rates than other tax plans, like Ted Cruz's flat tax.
I'm not a big Ben Carson fan. I don't think he has the experience to be an executive or the temperament to take on Hillary. Trump might be able to at least do the latter. So what can Trump do to improve his position in the polls?
1) Talk about the insanity of "transgenderism" - letting boys into girls' locker rooms.
2) Give more detail on his vague immigration plan of letting the "good ones" come back after they are deported. How many "good ones" are there? Millions?
3) Speak out about the need for voter ID to protect the integrity of the voting process.
4) Pledge to end birthright citizenship by executive order on the first day of his presidency.
5) Tell us what he would replace Obamacare with. I suspect he himself does not know.
What else do you think he can do to help himself?

Interesting tidbit, hondact200 claimed on October 21, 2010 to have been buried for days in the rubble of the Marine barracks in the 80’s bombing.
Five years on, he still hasn’t explained how this was possible as nobody was found alive after day one let alone “entombed for days”.
And that is a matter of fact and record.
I’m still curious how he drives a 5-speed manual.

I am unable to use my legs because i am paralyzed from the waist down. I served this country proudly and when the Lebanon Barracks was bombed I was inside with many other marines that did not make it out. So spare me the rhetoric you spinelss blowhard!

No i do not owe Sarge an apology. he owes me an apology because he claimed I was a fake pastor. I served in the military to and was paralyzed so give me no rhetoric about apologizing to so called sergeant whom thinks he can push someone around because the person disagrees with the so called politics of the Donald. Grow up. I stated his calling me a fake pastor is like my calling him a fake soldier. so thanks for your service but I think Old sarge can fight his own battles!

It is also happening with vets. i have military service related injury related to the bombing in lebanon in 1983. after having had 50 surgeries i am not in the best of health. I am 1 of 80 service members whom survived the bombing with severe injuries. Lets see i have had surgeries on the face , hands, knees, back, neck, stomach and so forth. I have medications for asthma and COPD because of the dust inhaled in the bombing and susequent days of being entombed in a collapsed building. On October 23, 2010 it will be 27 years.
Now the VA tells me to consider end of life counseling. I told them to go to hell/ i graduated from high school in 1982, joined the Marine Corps and was stationed in Camp Lejune, NC went to Lebanon and had a building blown up. so you figure if I graduated from high school in 1982, I was 20 years old. i am now 47, snd i have lived with a trach for many years, when I underwent reconstructive surgery of upper and lower jaw, doors for opportunities opened up.
Now i am told I have to accept that the cost to keep me alive is no longer justified.
I told the VA to go to hell, because the cost to keep a muslim alive who murdered 13 soldiers at Ft. Hood has far exceeded the value of the 50 surgeries to keep me alive. The VA and Obummer can go straight to hell. There are many buddies who never had the opportunity to live because a muslim extremist took their lives when the Marines went there to help out in a Civil War. where their lives worth the loss for freedom for the likes of the crazed muslim loving psychiatrist. the bastard should be shot on the day of he executed 13 American soldiers, Novemebr 5, 2009

Funny anyone on Free republic whom questions Cruz is automatically deemed troll. Funny is it not! I served this country and fought in Lebanon and was placed in a wheel chair after the barracks was blown up. after 36 surgeries i walk once again, but have the after effects of having been throgh the grinder to be able to do alot I fought so someone like you can have the ability to bash others about whom they think is best for America. i just do not think Cruz is the right person at this time. In 1984 I was able to vote for Reagan, I voted for George HW Bush, I voted for George W. Bush and I voted for Mitt Romney so that makes me a RINO. In my district I voted for Dr. Dan Benishek. well I have to go now because I have to take care of my mother whom suffers from Alzheimers Disease.

(Which would be SOME feat as such never happened, all survivors were pulled out on day one.)
