In Andrea Mitchell's interview with Hillary Clinton, this exchange took place:
AM: You have said that Colin Powell did the same thing. He actually had a personal e-mail and a State .gov official e-mail system. She said she used her personal server for "convenience." Then she goes on to stab herself in the back.So he didn't just rely on a personal system. I don't think there's any precedent for someone just relying on a personal e-mail system at your level of government.
HRC: Well, I can't speak for him. That has certainly been portrayed differently, depending on how it's considered, but this was fully above board, people knew I was using a personal e-mail. I did it for convenience.
I sent e-mails that I thought were work-related to people's .gov accounts. The vast majority were captured by the system, and now we've made sure that everything that could be considered work related is in the system of the State Department. If you want to see her say this on video, it's here at about 1:25.AM: Did anyone in your inner circle say, "This is not a good idea. Let's not do this"
HRC: You know, I was not thinking a lot when I got in. There was so much work to be done. We had so many problems around the world.
I didn't really stop and think, "What kind of e-mail system will there be?"
AM: Does it raise judgment questions?
HRC: I don't think so. I think that the facts are pretty clear that we had a lot of work, a lot of hard choices to make in those four years.
She wasn't thinking a lot when she came in. There was so much going on.
So it was more "convenient" - with so much work to do and so much going on around the world- to take time away from the job, to take a government employee away from his job, pay him $5000 on the side to set up a system to circumvent government rules than it was to simply let the IT people at State set up her email account?
Bull and Sh*t.
Top Clinton spokesperson Jennifer Palmieri agrees that Hillary doesn't think things through:

I wonder why the preceding remarks about Powell by Mitchell before the question weren’t on TV. That was a smack down of one of the Hillary defenses and she didn’t handle her response too well/
Should have been aired.
Chelsea must be proud to have a mother like Hillary.
And make no mistake, she sure is a mother...
Shut yo mouth.
I stay away from she and her husband as much as I can. Thank Goodness they live a few houses away. I don’t want to be around when they start “acting-out” their insanity.
To admit it shows very poor judgment.
The most I have heard any democrat say is that they think both sides are wrong. That doesn’t mean they won’t vote for a New Democrat next time. Democrats are hopeless!
The last 10-15 seconds, after all that, tells it all.
“Do you ever wonder about why Hillary really wants to be president? I cant figure it out.”
1. The position is the ultimate ego/power trip.
2. The president, more than any other person in government, has the opportunity directly or indirectly to have his/her hand in the till.
“Chelsea must be proud to have a mother like Hillary.”
Chelsea is a Clinton. As long as the “Rio de Oro” keeps flowing, she couldn’t care less what Hillary does.
Which presidents have had “their hand in the till”?
Bill and Hillary are making plenty of dough without her having to go through what she is. And do you think everyone who has run for president did so because of an ego/power trip?
I want to know specifically what is making her run in spite of the reasons not to.
Looks like she’s filling her diaper.
Good list of all the things she “didn’t think about”:
Hillary Clinton Spent Lots of Time Not Thinking about Her Secret E-mail Server

She also shreds her “wasn’t marked classified when it was sent” excuse. She herself sent out the emails containing classified info. The only reason they were not marked classified is because she didn’t put the markings on them.
