That is what Tommy Sotomayor has said about this. Tommy said the reason they don’t punish the BT 1000 (what he calls black women) is because they want them back out on the streets killing black men and children. Tommy has a whole rant about it. The more I watch him the more I’m starting to see his logic.
Had this been a male student they would have thrown the book at him. Because this is a BT 1000 she will be back at age 21 worse than ever.
Gun control would have stopped this from happening.
I think the guy should be given the option of stabbing her with a 12” knife knowing the worst that can happen is three years of probation. The option of an eye-for-an-eye seems warranted here.
