The b*****ds who are trying to enforce this should have all their stuff removed without anesthetic, because they are obvious pederasts in the case of the 15 year old, in order to prevent this ‘rape’. India, the largest democratic country in the world, is on the cusp of becoming a modern economic juggernaut.
But in many ways, it's still mired in the past, as is demonstrated by this outrageous action taken by a town council.
That "modern economic juggernaut" stuff is happening mostly in the south of India, not in the northern states like the one where this bit of savagery took place.
