“It breaks my heart every time you read or hear about these kinds of incidents,” Obama said.
“What we know is that the number of people who die from gun-related incidents around this country dwarfs any deaths that happen through terrorism,” the president added.”
My Opinion: Can the President explain how the number of people killed in this country by firearms, mostly black on black, should be the sudden focus of his concern when there have been 20,000 terrorist attacks worldwide since 9/11? Perhaps his cronies over at Evergreen can massage the numbers, but it would take a total lack of ethics to even make an argument hailing terrorists as somehow suddenly less dangerous, less worthy of our efforts than gang-bangers on Chicago’s South side.
One half of firearm deaths in the United States are suicides. Anti-gun liberals are always pleased to suggest that suicide and murder are somehow one and the same. Is the Muslim in Chief claiming that the innocents murdered by his fellow Islamists are actually suicides, given that they are often victims of Islamic suicide...

Yes, there is a lot of gun-related deaths,

I’m thinking Obozo could dramatically cut down on gun deaths in America if he’d pass an executive order banning the possession of firearms from all black men under the age of 30.
Gun deaths in the US are concentrated in areas the Dems hold. It’s deliberate.
When a good person defends his home, his life, or his family with a gun, killing a thug, that is a positive outcome. Those deaths in "gun violence" are wonderful things. When a criminal shoots an innocent person, that is a bad outcome. If the leftists are not willing to distinguish between the two groups of gun deaths, there is no point in talking with them as if they had open minds.
Similarly, many conservatives are in favor of legal immigration, particularly when the numbers and qualifications are decided by Congress at a level that will not threaten the livelihood of American citizens. All decent people are opposed to criminal activity, including illegal immigration (and, yes, I just intentionally implied that Jeb Bush as a supporter of that "act of love" is not a decent person). So long as liberals deceptively lump the two types of immigration together in public discourse, they need to be treated as the liars they are.
