This has nothing to do with the voters. This is about the democratic machine trying to select the easiest candidate to destroy come election day 2016.
Jeb will almost certainly “go wobbly” on Immigration and Planned Parenthood and probably the Middle East even if they are part of the national party platform.
You are correct on the name recognition. ANY Bush running against ANY democrat in 2016 would have a tough time winning an election.
