In LATE 2004, the GOP Congress and President Bush tried to fix and reform Fannie Mae ... well before the crisis ... which was getting worse daily due to the liberals forcing banks to continue to make horrible loans ... they were attacked and rebuffed by the RATS ... IT WAS BARNEY'S FAULT!
