Like many on this thread, there is no way in hell I can make myself vote for Jeb. Hopefully he will fade and my hypothetical question will never be an issue.
But here it is. If Jeb wins the nomination [which he still could - hell he has the wall street dems giving him cash right now...], would you welcome a 3rd party candidate or would you vote for jeb or would you stay home?
H Ross Trump. Can’t win the nomination, though I would love to see a pub with actual balls like Trump win it, but he’ll be destroyed by the media before the primaries. The Clintons know his ego will be too huge not to run 3rd party, and they will bait him with all they’ve got. That strategy got Bill elected both 1992 and 1996.
Bush is a dolt, true, but whoever the dolt pub they nominate is, maybe they’ll succeed in NOT re-electing the evil Clintons again. But shit, they’ve got the Lenharts of the world right where they want ‘em! The Clintons know that these so-called conservative dupes can’t resist...
And most of the Lofty Lenharts will vote for H Ross to show how marvelously principled they are, and the Clinton 3rd Reich will have been elected directly because of them, much like the 2012 Lenharts elected Dear Leader Obama. Hopefully someone will come out of the blue for the Republican Party—if they can drub the self-righteous Whited sepulchers of the Lenhart Left.... It could happen!

In case you were in a comma over the past 10 months the R party passed cromnibus, voted to pay for obamacare, approved Loretta lynch as AG, pushed and passed legislation that basicly stripped congress of authority to block the Iran deal without a super majority, passed TPA. Just this past week killed a amendment to stopfunding planned parenthood, killed an amendment to stop funding sanctuary cities and the senate voted to extend the Ex/IM bank

I’d have to think about a Hillary Presidency and then decide......Not saying that Trump can’t win on a third party platform but it won’t be easy. I’d have to see his poll numbers towards the end of the primary. If he is garnering 65 percent or more then definitely worth a shot and I would seriously think about it. If he is getting 20 percent or less then what a risk that would be. Would Jeb lose to Hillary anyway? That would have to go in the scenario as well. Both Bush’s did become President so chances are Bush 3 could pull it off....not that it would be great, but HILLARY???? Lots of time to decide on all of this.

You know what makes me laugh? If the ‘CONservatves’ here spent a fraction of the time they do trying to shame me on backing a conservative candidate, we wouldn’t have a liberal GOP to begin with.
