Presidential candidate Donald Trump is now taking on one-time Obama "car czar" Steve Rattner.
On Monday, Trump fired off a tweet telling Rattner: "I think you should have gone to prison for what you did, I guess Obama saved you."
He ended the tweet telling Rattner to watch: "I will win!"
It was unclear what activity Trump was referring to that should have landed Rattner in jail. Trump did not respond to CNNMoney's request for comment.
In 2010, Rattner did pay $10 million in fines when he settled with the New York state attorney general for his alleged involvement in a pension fund scheme. At that time, Rattner escaped jail time whereas some others who were involved in the same scheme, such as former New York comptroller Alan Hevesi, did not....

Seems crystal clear, and not only that, the payment of $10 million in fines makes it also quite clear that his involvement was not in the least bit “alleged.”

PLUS, Rattner was the one who got Obama to shut down any Republican(Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep) owned dealerships and give their business to Rattner’s dealerships.
Noticed that Chrysler is in the news today for not performing ‘recalls’ on a bunch of their trucks.
Why, Trump is like the widowed wife standing up at the Harper Valley PTA and dishing on everyone!

He should be in jail.
They must be regretting letting Trump into the billionaire’s club with all that that entails.
If he did what he did for a Republican president, CNN would not be unclear about what should have landed Rattner in jail because he would be in jail, and CNN would be mentioning that fact pretty much every hour of the day.
I didn’t say they were illegal, but most of them are shady, and some of them get away with illegal practices. Believe it or not, some NYSE-listed companies have MLM arms.

Hate to say this, but Trump isn’t going anywhere. He will be right there until the primaries and then go 3rd party. Every media outlet on earth is banking on a replay of Clinton/Bush 1992 with Ross Perot as the third party candidate.

You do realize that bankruptcies are LEGAL, right? In fact it is even listed in the U.S. Constitution (Article 1, Section 8, Clause 4). Why can't Trump utilize bankruptcy law when appropriate?
