Previous reports about the final Iran deal mentioned that lifting the sanctions against Iran will inject $150 BILLION into their economy.
[I have not seen the following comparison mentioned by anyone else.]
Rep. Peter Roskam, a member of the House Ways and Means Committee and chair of the Oversight Subcommittee, compared the Iran economy to the US economy and said that injecting $150 bil into Iran’s economy is the equivalent of injecting $8 TRILLION into the US economy.
