If Mexico and South America send their criminals into the U.S., we should return the favor and release our criminals into theirs. It’s only fair.

Well, if you didn’t send them here in the first place then MEXICAN criminals wouldn’t get consolidated in MEXICAN border towns when we sent them back, would they.
