The issuer of the ticket should have the right to forbid the scalping. But if he doesn’t forbid it, then neither should the government.
why...once you sell me the ticket, it is mine....I can give it away, tear it up, put it in my pocket and forget it forever, or SELL it....the results are the same for the issuer....either someone is in the seat, or not...whatever,they have their admission money.
